Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MANA CSC, we strive to provide the best digital services. Please read our refund policy:

1. Cancellations

Orders for PVC cards or PAN services can only be cancelled if the processing has not yet started. Once the work is initiated, no cancellations are allowed.

2. Refunds

• If a payment is deducted but the service is not initiated due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• No refunds will be provided for digital services once the document is generated or the card is printed.
